For this project at The Melburnian, Corporate Furnishings was engaged to style a single, premium residence with a focus on timeless elegance and inviting warmth. Designed to appeal to the discerning urban renter, the styling concept was carefully tailored to complement the architectural sophistication of the space while creating a sense of comfort and refined ease.

A rich palette of warm browns, rusts, and soft neutrals anchors the residence, establishing a cohesive and grounded atmosphere. In the living area, plush velvet seating and layered textiles introduce a sense of luxury and softness, while sculptural forms and curated artwork add visual interest. The dining and coffee tables—crafted from natural travertine—serve as focal points, bringing texture and organic beauty to the communal spaces. In the bedroom, earthy tones are paired with luxurious linens and soft curves to evoke a sense of calm and retreat. Every element was thoughtfully considered to reflect both the prestige of The Melburnian and the effortless sophistication that defines the residence.
